This truly is the complete package. This do at your own pace course includes labor and birth, baby care, baby safety, and breastfeeding. This course will prepare you for what happens during each stage of labor and during the birth process. It also includes, how to care for your newborn, how to keep your baby safe, including car seat safety and CPR! There is also a lesson on breastfeeding that will help you master the art of breastfeeding. You will have videos and interactive activities that will guide you through each section. You are able to take your time and complete the course at your own pace.

After registering for any of our do at your own pace courses, including Labor and Birth, Baby Bundle, or The Complete Package, you will get an email with instructions on how to enroll in the course. Please note that emails will only be sent out on Monday through Thursday. After receiving the email, you can enroll in the course, and you do not need to wait for the dates listed on the website. After enrolling you will have 6 months access to the course.

If you have any questions, please email our Childbirth Education Coordinator, Amanda Hinz, at ahinz1@iuhealth.org.
