Details
Four out of five children's car seats are misused. Properly installed child safety seats can significantly reduce your child's risk of injury or death. Also, Indiana law states that children must use a safety restraint such as a car seat until age 8.
Make sure your child is as safe as possible, and schedule an appointment for a Car Seat Safety Check with certified child passenger safety technician Melissa Moffatt, MSN, RN. You must bring your child with you unless this is a prenatal safety check.
Location:
IU Health Paoli Hospital
Medical Arts Building (take upward ramp to first door on right)
642 West Hospital Road
Paoli, Indiana 47454
Who Should Enroll:
Enroll one person per family per car. Only one person should be enrolled for each car. Child MUST attend (unless this is a prenatal safety check), but does not need to enroll.
