Covid Bivalent Boosters available at the Cook Clinic
Covid Bivalent Boosters are available at the Cook Clinic now through December 22nd. No appointment is necessary.
To get the bivalent booster, you must:
Be 12 years of age or older
Have completed the primary Covid vaccine series
Not have had a booster within the last 8 weeks
Not have been positive for Covid within the last 90 days
If you would like a vaccine, please bring your immunization card with you.
