Graduates earn 11,588 degrees, certificates from Indiana University-Bloomington

About 28.3 percent of the 11,588 degrees and certificates handed out by Indiana University-Bloomington in 2017-18 were to students in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency’s National Center for Education Statistics shows the public institution in Bloomington conferred 1930 bachelor’s degrees and 1088 master’s degrees in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor’s degree in general business/commerce. Data shows the school gave out 1925 bachelor’s degrees in general business/commerce, followed by 1017 master’s degrees in general business/commerce and 577 bachelor’s degrees in public administration.

The university enrolled 43,503 students for 2017-18, including 33,301 in undergraduate programs and 10,202 in graduate programs.
