There were 5 on-campus motor vehicle thefts in 2017 on the campus of Indiana University-Bloomington, located in Bloomington, according to the most recent crime statistics available on the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) website.

In 2016, there were 10 motor vehicle thefts on the campus; and in 2015, there were 7 motor vehicle thefts. In the three year period from 2015 through 2017, there were 22 total motor vehicle thefts on the campus.
