There was one gas station in cities across Monroe County selling premium gas at the lowest price of $4.39 per gallon in the week ending Nov. 11, according to GasBuddy.com.

The average cost of premium gas in cities within Monroe County was $4.52 per gallon.

There are nine gas stations in cities within Monroe County.

The average price of premium gas in Indiana was $4.23, compared to $4.28 the week before.

Drivers across the U.S. have faced a rollercoaster of gas prices in recent months and years. Though the cost of a gallon of gas has steadily fallen in some areas, the national average of gas has risen.
